Every music release, cover and catalog entry must preserve authorship, source and technical intent. Origin-frequency metadata uses the exact base 126.441 Hz and the formula F(n) = n × 126.441 Hz. A legacy reference such as 126.22, 174, 432 or 528 Hz remains a legacy production reference unless it is an exact result of that formula.

Identity	Exact title, creator, collaborators, account or profile, source URL, publication date and version.
Origin map	Record the harmonic index n and exact F(n) value to three decimals. If n has not been recovered, say so; never invent it.
Production	Tempo, meter, key or mode, arrangement, instruments, vocal direction, mix notes and master status.
Cover visual	Square cosmic-futuristic artwork; restrained glow, technical geometry, exact title and creator credit. One master file per song plus readable derivatives.
